Its group has over 34 years experience in manufacturing and also has diversified interests in Food & Beverage and Club Management. Currently, its group of companies devotes itself to Serviced Apartment operation and Hospitality Consultancy services in this region.
Our management team comprises experienced professionals in a variety of companies having diversified businesses in general exports and imports, manufacturing, food & beverage, construction and building projects management.
Steven Ong Puay Guan- Shareholder and MD
Mr. Ong is the founder of Olivine. Started his trading business in 1976 and went into magnetic storage media production in 1979. Subsequently, he led the group of companies into its conglomerate forays in optical media manufacturing, mechanical & engineering services and food & beverage. He develops and maintains the vision of the company. He sits on the Management Board, and actively oversees marketing, business development, finance, customer service & etc. Presently he played an instrumental role in the recent successful set up of the Olivine group’s serviced apartment development – CHERRYLOFT.

王培源- 股东兼执行董事
他是立铭集团的创办人。在1976年开始从事贸易生意并在1993他带领立铭集团成为本区域光碟制造行业的佼佼者。后来，他扩展了公司的视野及经营范围并向餐饮行业进军。身为管理层的他，积极监督市场营销，业务发展，财务及客户服务等部门。本集团属下的酒店式公寓 ---- 乐活雅驿的成功建立，他的贡献起到了关键性的作用。 |
